Appointment Policy

We recommend booking your grooming appointment in advance to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins may be accepted based on availability.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.

Pet Health & Safety

For the safety of all pets and staff:

  • Pets must be free of contagious conditions.

  • Vaccinations should be up to date.

  • Please inform us of any health concerns before the appointment.

Grooming Process

Our groomers work carefully to ensure a comfortable experience for your pet. Grooming time may vary depending on coat condition, breed, and temperament.

Late Pickup Policy

Pets should be picked up within 30 minutes after grooming is completed. Additional fees may apply for extended stays.

Behavior Policy

If a pet shows signs of aggression or extreme stress, our groomers may stop the grooming session for the safety of everyone involved.
